שירותי נוטריון

המשרד מעניק את כל שירותי הנוטריון הקבועים על פי דין, בשפות עברית, אנגלית, צרפתית וספרדית:

אימות חתימה, תרגום (אנגלית, צרפתית, ספרדית), אישור העתק צילומי של מסמך, אישור צוואה, אישור שפלוני נמצא בחיים, אישור תצהיר, העדה של מסמך סחיר, אישור הסכם ממון וכל פעולה אחרת שנוטריון מוסמך לעשות על פי חוק.

השירות שניתן הינו מהיר ומקצועי. על פי חוק, נוטריון חייב לגבות שכר עבור שירותיו לפי התעריף של משרד המשפטים, המתעדכן בכל שנה ב-1 לינואר. ניתן למצוא את התעריף המעודכן לשירותי נוטריון כאן.

אפוסטיל
לעתים מתעורר הצורך בקבלת אישור "אפוסטיל" מבית המשפט, בהתאם לאמנת האג. פקיד האפוסטיל מאשר כי אכן הנוטריון מוסמך על ידי המדינה למתן שירותי נוטריון. המשרד מעניק שירות אפוסטיל במידת הצורך, בתוספת תשלום.

Notary Services

Our office provides all notarization services prescribed by law, in English, Hebrew, French and Spanish, including: certification of signature, translation (English, Hebrew, French and Spanish), certified copy, certification of will, verification that a person is alive, verification of affidavit,  negotiable instruments, verification of a marital agreement and any other action that a Notary is authorized to perform by law.

Our office provides efficient and professional services. By law, a notary must charge fees for notary services pursuant to the tariffs of the Ministry of Justice, which are updated each year, on January 1^st.

Apostille
Often, in addition to the notarization, there is a need for a court "apostille", pursuant to the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. The apostille in fact confirms that the notary is licensed to practice by the State of Israel. Our office provides this service, if necessary, for an additional fee.
