Our Vision….
Aging is a stage in life that most of us prefer not to think about too much, until it hits us. Nevertheless, only the luckiest among us will eventually get there. As we age, we also become aware of the legal issues and problems linked to this age: pensions, supportive insurance, protected living, guardianship, property planning, wills, etc. In order for someone to receive legal advice in these fields in Israel, it is necessary to find a good lawyer in labor law, in family law, in torts and in real estate.
Our office is a one-stop shop for all of these issues; our field of expertise is Elder Law, a branch of jurisprudence which does not yet exist in Israel.
The vision of the office is for Israeli jurisprudence to recognize Elder Law as a separate field of law. A field of social law, in which the individual is celebrated and taken care of, as the elderly should be taken care of, in any self-respecting society.
